I can't speak highly enough about Bob and Kevin with 911 Restoration. While dealing with a broken shower pan is not on anyone's wish list I am very grateful that they were there to walk me through the process and even helped deal with the insurance company that was not very helpful. They are extremely professional and go the extra mile to make sure your property is well taken care of and clean as they work. One of our very rainy windy days, blew the rain in through small tight area in our lower roof into one of our bedrooms. 911 Restoration came out. Hired by our Landlord. They came out immediately upon his contacting them. Bringing there fans to dry the wood floors preventing molding. Accessing the damaged walls. Also, going on top of the roof to determine work needed to be done. There quick response helped with getting the right repair company without unnecessary delay.

Bob was able to come out same day Saturday to take a look at some water damage and possible mold growth in our basement. He was communicative all morning prior to arriving, punctual, and very friendly. We were prepared to hear a sales pitch, but there was no need. He was transparent and showed us exactly what he was doing to test our walls. He didn't sell us on anything, assured us we had nothing to worry about and took a look at a few extra rooms too. Our hot water heater failed and flooded the basement. Panic! Called 911 Restoration of Marietta and Bob and his team were here within the hour. They got right on it. They were very thorough and helpful dealing with insurance and offering very good referrals to deal with the plumbing, hot water heater replacement, and the rebuild. We had a very unfortunate sewage event at our rental property and on a Friday afternoon no less. Bob was extremely responsive and made quick work of the problem under the house that same evening. I made an appointment with them to check for moisture after my window was leaking and repaired. We contacted 911 Restoration for a mold inspection. The previous owners of our home did not complete some needed repairs, which caused a leak in our basement. Weâ??ve had several contractors come out to inspect the basement space concerning the leak. Bob advised me that mitigation was needed given the severity of the leak, and his team came out the next day to dry out my home and spray anti-microbial.I was mostly in communication with his employee, Lee, who was very respectful and professional. When I asked questions, he walked me through what they were going to do and why. He was highly communicative and texted me when they were on their way and if i had any other questions.Finally, I sincerely appreciate the safety measures this company took when they came into my house. After repairing a pinhole leak in one of the copper pipes in my mom's basement - we called 911 Restoration to inspect for water damage. Kevin was able to come over the very next day and he spent a lot of time educating us on water damage / and he even shared some tips re: how to minimize the risk of future pinhole leaks. Bob came out to inspect a vent in my bathroom for mold. Came out the same day that I called - arrived on time. Super friendly! Thankfully it wasn't mold. But Bob did a very thorough inspection of the drywall and attic space to make sure.Moral of the story - run your exhaust vent when you're taking a shower. And use 911 Restoration if you need help.

In the process of buying a new house, we had Kevin come over and take a look at some suspected water damage areas in the house. Our finished basement flooded in the middle of the night. Kevin was on the scene and removing the water within 2 hours. His quick response kept damage to a minimum, and he did a great job drying the rooms, baseboards and walls over the next week. We own an Airbnb that had a smoking guest break the rules. 911 came out the same evening, and got us setup to begin the process. What we felt was an insurmountable amount of marijuana smoke was cleaned in several days. We did do a deep clean as well, but we feel the vast majority of the air clean up came from the service provided by 911 Restoration. They are now a great resource to have for these unexpected types of issues. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Very timely.

Came home from a camping trip to a drenched carpet in 1st level of home. They were able to have their folks arrive at our home within 2 hrs. Advised me to go ahead and call a plumber as well. I shut off the water. They arrived and turned the water back on. Discovered it was a pin hole leak and confirmed there was no additional water damage on the first floor. When they were confident there was no damage to address, they did not charge me for coming out. Plumber (another company) came later and took care of the leak. 911 Restoration was direct, honest and fair with me. Highly recommended!

They had to remove water and insulation from our crawlspace, and tile with radiant heat, some sheetrock, and baseboards from our master bath and water closet.
